In the first post-pandemic (that is, fully vaccinated) art opening, we were psyched to see some pastel and pencil by Tia Maggio. No longer local, Tia lives in Massachusetts. Much of her current work is inspired by views to be found near her home.
The work was displayed at Youngblood Gallery in The Plains, Virginia.

Most of the Tia’s we have are in pastel. Pencil is a new medium for us. Same color palette, but finer lines and more space.
